A hands-on training and coaching program for aspiring and emerging small-scale real estate developers in New Bedford and the South Coast.
About the Program
We are building a strong network of local developers who can invest in their own communities through small-scale projects, such as creating new housing, renovating vacant properties, and bringing new life to neighborhood buildings. By supporting locally driven development, the cohort aims to create more housing options, encourage local ownership, and build stronger, more vibrant neighborhoods, one project at a time.
